📢 D365 CRM Business Analyst 📢
We're looking for an experienced D365 CRM Business Analyst to join an exciting programme on an initial 6–12 month contract.

Key requirements:
✅ Strong experience as a Business Analyst working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)
✅ Insurance industry experience desirable
✅ Ability to gather and document business requirements, facilitate workshops, and work closely with technical and business stakeholders
✅ Experience supporting D365 CE implementation or transformation programmes

📍 Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in either London or York
📅 Contract: Initial 6–12 months
