💷 Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 per annum

I'm currently recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst – Data & Reporting to join a leading Insurance client.

We're looking for candidates who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams while driving reporting and analytics initiatives.

Essential Experience
✔ Insurance or Financial Services (Mandatory)
✔ Data Business Analysis (Not Systems or Applications BA)
✔ Power BI & Reporting / Analytics
✔ Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
✔ Strong SQL & Data Analytics exposure
✔ Experience leading or coordinating Offshore Delivery Teams
✔ Lead Business Analyst / Team Lead experience
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ideal Background
Insurance, London Market, General Insurance, Commercial Insurance or Lloyd's
Reporting, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics projects
Strong understanding of dashboards, reporting logic and Power BI
Experience working with global/offshore delivery teams
Consulting or professional services background is advantageous
