🔹 Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
Analyze and improve Insurance & Complaints Management processes.
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Manage JIRA Epics, Features, User Stories, and backlog refinement.
Collaborate with Pega Architects, Developers, Product Owners, QA, Compliance, and Business teams.
Support SIT, UAT, production rollout, and regulatory compliance activities.
🔹 Required Experience
8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
5+ years working on Pega implementations.
Strong Insurance & Complaints Management experience.
Experience with European insurance regulations and compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum experience.
