We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Pega with strong expertise in Pega implementations, Insurance, and Complaints Management.

✔️ Agile/Scrum, Backlog Grooming & JIRA User Stories
✔️ UAT & Business Validation
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
⭐ 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝: 𝐏𝐞𝐠𝐚 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 (𝐂𝐋𝐁𝐀)

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
• 8+ years in Business Analysis
• 5+ years delivering Pega-based solutions
• Strong experience with insurance regulations and compliance
