Responsibilities
Act as a Data SME for the new data platform, supporting business and IT teams.
Gather, analyse, and document business and data requirements.
Translate requirements into user stories and development tasks.
Define data lineage and source-to-target mappings.
Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout implementation and testing.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and prototype demonstrations.
Support prioritisation of requirements and continuous process improvements.
Ensure solutions align with London Market Insurance business processes and data needs.
