🌟New Opportunity: Technology Business Analyst (12-Month FTC)

Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a FTSE-listed UK real estate investor and developer to hire a Technology Business Analyst on a 12-month FTC. This role offers the opportunity to support key technology initiatives across major, sustainability-led London assets.

You’ll sit at the heart of business and technology, supporting the delivery of systems and solutions that drive operational efficiency and long-term value.

💡 What you’ll do:
·      Support requirements gathering and process analysis across key business areas
·      Produce clear documentation including user stories, process maps, and requirements
·      Collaborate with business users and technology teams to deliver solutions
·      Facilitate workshops and support backlog refinement and prioritisation
·      Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
·      Create user documentation and training materials
·      Ensure clear documentation and traceability across the delivery lifecycle

🎯 What you’ll bring:
·      Experience or exposure to business analysis or similar roles
·      Understanding of SDLC and system testing methodologies
·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·      Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
·      Comfortable working with tools such as Microsoft Office (Jira beneficial)
·      Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities

📍 Location: Marble Arch, London (Hybrid)
💰Salary: £50,000-£60,000 p/a
