IT Business Analyst – Insurance | Manchester (Hybrid) | £75K + bens

If you’re a Business Analyst who wants to shape how insurance systems are built, not just document what someone else has already decided, then this could be worth a conversation.

This insurer is growing, investing properly in its tech stack, and giving BAs a genuine voice in how things get designed. You’ll sit between the business and the dev teams, documenting the SDLC, mapping workflows, and producing functional and non‑functional requirements that influence how the next generation of their systems gets built.
