WE'RE HIRING: Business Development Executive (Commercial & Facility Management) 💼🏢

Location: Dartford, Kent (Covering London, Kent & the South East)

PipeFlow Drainage Solutions Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development Executive to drive our commercial growth across London, Kent, and the South East.

If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development within construction, facility management, or property maintenance, we’d love to speak with you!

Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify and secure new commercial clients (Property Managers, FM Companies, Commercial Landlords, and Main Contractors).
2.Build and maintain long-term relationships to secure recurring reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) contracts.
3.Conduct client meetings, present our technical capabilities and deliver winning proposals.
4.Work closely with our management and engineering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
1.Proven B2B sales or business development experience (experience in drainage, plumbing, construction, or FM services is a major advantage).
2.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
3.Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
