**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR (COMMERCIAL PROPERTY) - LONDON - £80-85K + BONUS**

The Crowd is partnered with an exciting and dynamic London-based mid-sized design company that is looking to appoint an accomplished BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR to drive business development, strengthen key client relationships and identify new commercial opportunities across London.

You will join an already successful team and work closely with senior management to develop and execute the business development strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional with a strong network across the commercial office and wider commercial sectors, alongside a proven ability to build relationships and convert them into new business opportunities.
