The Commercia Group Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives on building long-term relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing a business that consistently delivers high-quality results.

This is not a desk-based position. You will be out meeting clients, attending site visits, and playing a key role in driving growth within our commercial plumbing and heating division.

Key responsibilities:

• Developing new commercial client relationships
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships
• Attending site surveys and client meetings
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Collaborating with our technical team to secure projects
• Expanding existing accounts while generating new business

About you:

• Experience within commercial plumbing, heating, M&E, or FM sectors
• Confident in client-facing situations and relationship building
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based role
• Eager to contribute to a growing business and make a real impact

Location: South East, with travel across London and surrounding areas
