NEW JOB: Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager – London – £80,000 – Premium Retail / Fashion

We’re working with a fast-growing premium retail brand who are looking for a Senior CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategy.

This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll sit at the centre of Ecommerce and Marketing, responsible for building and optimising the full customer journey across CRM and digital channels.

Key areas of ownership:
🔸 CRM & Customer Lifecycle Strategy
Own and evolve the CRM strategy across retention, reactivation, and loyalty, driving long-term customer value and engagement.

🔸 Email & Lifecycle Marketing (Klaviyo / CRM Platform)
Lead the email strategy end-to-end, building high-performing, segmented lifecycle campaigns that directly support trading and revenue targets.

🔸 Automation, Segmentation & Personalisation
Develop advanced customer journeys, behavioural triggers, and segmentation models to improve conversion, repeat purchase, and LTV.

🔸 Digital Acquisition (Paid & Organic)
Own performance across PPC, SEO, affiliates, paid social, and display, optimising spend, ROAS, and traffic growth across channels.

🔸 Loyalty, Retention & VIP Strategy
Design and implement loyalty and customer reward frameworks that increase engagement and long-term retention.

🔸 Data, Insight & Performance Ownership
Lead CRM and digital reporting, forecasting, cohort analysis, and incrementality testing, turning insight into commercial action.

🔸 Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Manage a small but growing team and oversee key agency partners across CRM and digital acquisition channels.
