Hiring: Data Solution Architect
Location: London & Horsham, UK (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
-Design scalable data architectures using Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Data Lake Storage
-Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for analytical and operational use cases
-Design and optimise data integration flows using ETL/ELT technologies (Azure Data Factory)
-Embed data governance, security, compliance, and privacy by design, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Purview
-Translate business requirements into clear technical blueprints
-Monitor and optimise Azure cost, performance, and reliability
-Build, manage, and optimise ADF pipelines and Databricks workflows/clusters
-Apply advanced SQL for performance optimisation and troubleshooting
