📍 Location: London, UK – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead DevOps strategy, engineering teams, CI/CD governance, cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ DevOps Strategy amp; Roadmap Define and drive CI/CD, automation, cloud, and platform-engineering direction.
✅ Team Leadership Lead and manage DevOps engineers, workload, priorities, and delivery.
✅ CI/CD Governance Establish standards and best practices for build, testing, release, and deployment pipelines.
✅ Release amp; Deployment Management Ensure reliable, repeatable, and controlled production releases.
✅ Cloud amp; Infrastructure Oversight Oversee cloud environments, containers, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
✅ Environment Management Ensure development, test, staging, and production environments are available, stable, and correctly configured.
✅ Automation Drive automation across builds, deployments, provisioning, testing, and operational activities.
✅ Platform amp; Tooling Ownership Provide leadership and governance across tools including:Azure DevOps | GitHub | Jenkins | Terraform | Docker | Kubernetes
