We’re partnering with a forward-thinking group of schools across London and the Home Counties to appoint a Head of Data—a pivotal leadership role shaping how data drives outcomes for students, educators, and leadership teams.

You’ll be building and leading a modern data function across multiple sites—creating insight, improving decision-making, and ultimately impacting education.

🌍 Location:
Multi-site presence across London & the Home Counties
Hybrid/remote working available

🔧 Key Skills:
- Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms
Advanced SQL skills
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
Proven leadership experience / line management

🎯 What you’ll be doing:
Defining and delivering the data strategy across the organisation, from trust level down to the classroom
Leading data architecture, reporting, and analytics initiatives
Empowering stakeholders with meaningful insights
Driving a culture of data-informed decision-making

£50,000 - £55,000
