We are looking for an experienced ITSM Support Manager with strong expertise in Major Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management to support a critical service transition and stabilization program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead major incident response and service restoration activities
• Manage change approvals, CAB meetings, and risk assessments
• Drive problem management and root cause analysis initiatives
• Support transition, knowledge transfer, and operational stabilization
• Collaborate with technical teams and senior stakeholders to improve service delivery
