We are hiring an experienced Java Risk Engineer to join a leading Investment Banking client working on Global Markets Risk Platforms.
Key Skills & Experience:
✅ 5+ years of hands-on Java Development experience
✅ Strong expertise in Java, Spring & Spring Boot
✅ Experience building Microservices and Distributed Systems
✅ Strong Investment Banking / Capital Markets domain experience
✅ Hands-on experience with Risk Management platforms
✅ Experience working on Market Risk, Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), Risk Analytics, Risk Reporting, PnL, and Trade Lifecycle
✅ Strong understanding of financial products including Rates, Credit, Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and other Capital Markets instruments
✅ Experience with Kafka, Messaging Frameworks, REST APIs, XML, and Enterprise Integration
✅ Strong knowledge of SQL, Unix/Linux, and large-scale data processing
✅ Experience with CI/CD, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Agile development
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
• Python exposure
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Real-time Data Streaming
• High-Performance / Low-Latency Systems
• Global Investment Banking experience
