We’re working with a high-quality, multi-site food retail business looking to bring in a hands-on Operations Manager to support and drive performance across their sites.

This is a senior role with real influence—perfect for someone who enjoys being on the ground, leading teams, and improving how things run.

The Role:
Overseeing operations across 3 busy sites
Leading and supporting teams (c.20 staff)
Driving consistency, standards & efficiency
Managing stock, workflow, and day-to-day performance
Ensuring food safety & HACCP compliance
Working closely with experienced shop-floor teams



✅ What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in food production, butchery, or food retail
Proven team leadership experience
Hands-on, practical approach (not desk-based)
Solid understanding of hygiene & compliance
Able to manage across multiple sites
