T L Lappin Developments Group Ltd is a growing construction company specialising in high-quality residential refurbishments and bespoke projects across London.

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Operations Manager to join our team and help deliver multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key responsibilities:
✅ Managing and coordinating live construction projects
✅ Procuring subcontractors and managing work packages
✅ Supporting Site Managers with delivery and planning
✅ Reviewing drawings, programmes and specifications
✅ Managing variations, costs and project reporting
✅ Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and teams

About you:
✔ UK construction industry experience
✔ Experience managing/coordinating multiple projects
✔ Strong understanding of drawings and specifications
✔ Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent organisation and communication skills

Experience in high-end residential refurbishment would be advantageous.
