An experienced, hands-on 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 is required to join a prestigious luxury hospitality venue in London!

This 360° leadership role oversees the end-to-end guest experience across Front of House, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Housekeeping teams. You will drive operational excellence, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and maintain five-star service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across F&B, FOH, Kitchen, and Housekeeping
- Drive guest satisfaction, luxury service delivery, and operational compliance
- Coach, develop, and mentor a high-performing venue team
- Partner with senior leadership to execute commercial and strategic goals
