Hiring: Scrum Master / Integrator | London | Contract

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Integrator with strong Banking domain expertise to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple feature teams, platforms, and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
10+ years of IT/Banking delivery experience
5+ years in Integration, Delivery Lead, Program Lead, Scrum Master, or Transformation roles
Strong Banking domain experience
Experience managing multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven experience in delivery governance, risk and issue management
Strong influencing, negotiation, and end-to-end ownership capabilities
Experience coordinating Business, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and Vendor teams

Desirable Certifications:
SAFe Agilist
PMP / PRINCE2
Scrum Master Certification
Agile Delivery Certification
Banking Domain Certifications
