How You Will Create An Impact

• Develop delivery of data science and generative AI solutions in accordance with the business requirements. Monitor solutions in production.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams that comprise product managers, engineers and business leaders.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure LLMs efficacy, ground truth dataset quality, and guide product development roadmap

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Experience with building Generative AI Solutions (Prompt engineering, designing and building RAG frameworks, validation pipelines, observability and monitoring solutions)
• Experience in a traditional data science role, preferably in python, working in an agile production orientated environment, handling defect triage/ RCA/Fix.
• Preferred experience on the Palantir platform or who can demonstrate certification.
• Ability to work in a fast pasted high stakes environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and across teams.
• Highly technical and hands on team member
