🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior ETL SQL Data Engineer (Snowflake) – London, UK 🇬🇧
We’re looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our team and drive modern data warehousing initiatives.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines for large-scale data environments
• Build and manage data models in Snowflake (schema design & performance tuning)
• Write and optimize complex SQL for transformation and loading
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency with validation & cleansing processes
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL workflows and warehouse performance
• Collaborate in Agile teams and work closely with stakeholders
💡 Must-Have Skills:
• Strong expertise in DBT (Core) & Advanced SQL
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with ETL orchestration tools (Airflow, NiFi, Talend)
• Solid background in MS SQL Server
➕ Nice to Have:
• CI/CD for data pipelines
• Insurance domain experience
🤝 Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present to leadership
