I'm partnering with a growing and highly regarded consultancy seeking a Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager to join their London team and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across the commercial property sector.

You'll lead projects from inception through to completion across:

🔹 Commercial Offices
🔹 Industrial & Logistics
🔹 Retail
🔹 Residential
🔹 Refurbishment, Fit-Out & New Build Developments

With project values ranging from £2m to £50m+, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client-facing delivery and wants to broaden their influence within a successful consultancy environment.

💡 What They're Looking For
✔ Building Surveying background preferred
✔ Strong project delivery experience
✔ Contract Administration / Employer's Agent experience
✔ Commercially minded and client-focused
✔ MRICS and/or MAPM desirable
✔ Ambition to progress and help drive business growth
