Required:
MS-700 (Managing Microsoft Teams)
Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) / Teams Rooms Technical Specialist
OEM Certifications (Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Yealink)
Preferred:
MS-721 (Teams Voice Engineer Expert)
ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation
Zoom Rooms / Zoom Administrator Certification
💼 Essential Experience & Skills
Extensive experience in designing and migrating enterprise VC platforms (Zoom, Webex, Poly, Skype for Business) to Microsoft Teams
Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Meetings, MTR (Windows/Android), room configurations, and AV integration
Hands-on experience with AV/VC hardware (Logitech Rally, Poly Studio, Crestron Flex, Yealink MVC, Cisco Room systems)
Deep understanding of networking concepts (IP, VLANs, QoS, Wi-Fi readiness, firewall/NAT for Teams media)
Experience with automation (PowerShell, Graph API for Teams and device management)
Familiarity with Zoom ecosystem (Zoom Rooms, Meetings, Webinars, Cloud Recording)
Strong troubleshooting skills using TAC logs, CQD, Wireshark, and OEM dashboards
