We're looking for a confident, proactive administrator to play a key role in maintaining our quality systems. You'll be at the heart of the business, acting as a central point of coordination and working closely with teams across the organisation to keep processes and documentation accurate, well‑controlled and continually improving.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining the organisation's quality management documentation, ensuring it is accurate, up to date, well‑structured and clearly presented
- Controlling document versions, metadata, templates and formatting to meet internal standards
- Creating and maintaining guidance manuals that explain how systems are managed and governed
- Updating, adding and removing content in line with requests from content owners
- Monitoring document usage and feedback to drive improvements
- Supporting system issues by raising and tracking IT support tickets
- Promoting the importance of quality, governance and good documentation across the business
- Preparing a monthly summary of system changes for visibility and communication
- Using internal communication channels to raise awareness and encourage engagement
- Providing ad‑hoc support to users of the Project Gateway Governance system
What We're Looking For
- 5 GCSEs (grades A–C / 9–4), including Maths and English
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or operational support role
- Strong document management, record‑keeping and proofreading skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and engaging with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders
- Proactive, organised and detail‑focused
- Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
